The General Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any purchase of hotel room reservation services and additional services offered by the San Cristobal to consumers and non-professional customers.
No prepayment is necessary. Your bank details are required to guarantee your reservation – no debit will be made before the client's arrival at the hotel. The establishment checks the validity of the payment card. Payment will be made upon arrival.
Reservations can be canceled 2 days or more before the arrival date, free of charge.
Any cancellation made 1 day before the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee for the amount of the first night.
In case of no-show, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the reservation.
All persons 18 years of age and older must present a valid government legal ID.
Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
The rooms are non-smoking, but smoking on the balcony of the room (if any) is permitted.
The personal data collected from users is intended to provide the services of the Platform and to respond to your requests for information and reservations. Your information and personal data will remain strictly private and confidential and will in no case be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent.
